ભાષાનો આત્મા અને આત્માની ભાષા –મુરજી ગડા માનવોની સૌથી અગત્યની પહેલી
શોધ છે ભાષાની. એને થોડા ઉંડાણમાં તપાસીએ. આદી માનવ પોતાના વીચાર વ્યક્ત
કરવા જુદા જુદા અવાજ કાઢતો હતો. વધુ વીવીધતાવાળા અવાજ કાઢવાના પ્રયત્ન

મોબાઇલમાં ઇયરફોનના વધેલા ઉપયોગ થી ૨૦ ટકા યુવાનો હિઅરિંગ લોસના શિકાર
મોબાઇલ
તથા ઇયરફોનના વધુ ઉપયોગ તથા લાઉડ વોલ્યુમમાં મ્યુઝિક સાંભળવાથી યુવાનોમાં
હિઅરિંગ લોસની સમસ્યા વધી રહી છે.ઓછું સંભળાવું એ હવે મોટેરાઓની બીમારી
નથી રહી તે હવે યુવાનોમાં પણ જોવા મળી રહી છે, આ સમસ્યા પહેલા પપથી ૬૦
વર્ષના લોકોમાં જ જોવા મળતી હતી પરંતુ હવે ૨૦ વર્ષના યંગસ્ટર્સમાં પણ આ
સમસ્યા જોવા મળી રહી છે. આંતરારાષ્ટ્રીય સ્તર પર યંગસ્ટર્સને લઇને થયેલા એક
સેમ્પલ સ્ટડીમાં જાણવા મળ્યું છે કે, ચારમાંથી એક યુવા હિઅરિંગ લોસના
ડેન્જર ઝોનમાં છે, તો બીજીતરફ શહેરના સ્પેશિયાલિસ્ટોના જણાવ્યા પ્રમાણે
ઇએનટીની સમસ્યા લઇને આવવાવાળા ૨૦ ટકા યુવાનો હિઅરિંગ લોસનો શિકાર બનેલા
છે.
નિષ્ણાતોનું કહેવું છે કે, નોઇસ-ઇંડયુસ્ડ હિઅરિંગ લોસ એટલે કે,અવાજના
કારણે થતું બહેરાપણુ વધી રહ્યું છે, એનું મોટું કારણ ઓકયુપેશનલ નોઇસ અને
લગાતાર વધતું અવાજ પ્રદૂષણ છે. ૮૦ ડેસિબલથી વધુ અવાજ સાંભળનારાઓને હિઅરિંગ
લોસ થવાનું નક્કી છે. તબીબોએ મોબાઇલ ફોનનો વિવેકપૂર્ણ ઉપયોગ થાય તેવી સલાહ
આજની યુવા પેઢીને આપી છે, જે જરૂર માનવી પડશે.
- આ છે કારણો
૧)
મોબાઇલનો વધુ ઉપયોગ
મોબાઇલ ફોનનો વધુ સમય ઉપયોગ સાંભળવાની ક્ષમતાને નુકસાન કરી રહયો છે તથા
મોબાઇલના રેડિએશન સાંભળવાની ક્ષમતાને નુકસાન પહોચાડી રહ્યા છે.
૨) પર્સનલ લિસનિંગ ડિવાઇસીસ ઇઅરફોન તથા હેડફોનના લગાતાર ઉપયોગથી પણ
સાંભળવા માટે ઉપયોગી નાજુક તંતુઓ ડેમજ થઇ રહ્યા છે
૩) પ્રેશર હોર્ન્સ પ્રેશર હોર્ન ૧૨૦થી ૧૮૦ ડેસિબલના આવી રહ્યા છે આટલા
ઉંચા અવાજ સાંભળવાથી બહેરાપણુ આવી શકે છે, આનાથી
બ્લડપ્રેસર પણ વધે છે તથા લગાતાર ચક્કર આવવાની સમસ્યા પણ ઊભી થઇ શકે છે.
- આંતરરાષ્ટ્રીય અભ્યાસ
તેલ
અબીબ યુનિવર્સિટીએ યુવાનોમાં થતી સાંભળવાની સમસ્યા પર તાજેતરમાં અભ્યાસ
કર્યો હતો. પર્સનલ ડિવાઇસીસ સિસ્ટમ પર ઉંચા અવાજે મ્યુઝિક સાંભળવાના કારણે
૨પ ટકા યુવાનો આ સમસ્યાના ડેન્જર ઝોનમાં છે તે બહાર આવ્યું છે. સર્વેમાં એ
પણ બહાર આવ્યું છે કે ૨૧ ટકા યુવાનો પીએલડીમાં ૨થી ૩
કલાક તથા ૮ ટકા યુવાનો ૪ કલાકથી વધુ સંગીત સાંભળી રહ્યા છે.
- ૨૦થી ૨પ વર્ષના યુવાનોના કેસ વધ્યા છે
મારી
પાસે સપ્તાહમાં ૩થી ૪ આવા યુવાનના કેસ આવે જેઓને સાંભળવાને લઇને ફરિયાદ
હોય છે. આવા યુવાનોમાં લાંબાગાળે કાનમાં તમરાં બોલે તેવો અવાજ આવવો,
આસપાસના અન્ય ર્નોમલ અવાજ ન સંભળાવા તેમજ બહેરાશ પણ આવી શકે છે. હાલે
હિઅરિંગ લોસની સમસ્યાના ડેન્જર ઝોનમાં ૨૦ થી ૨પ વર્ષના યુવાનો
આવી રહ્યા છે. લગાતાર ઉંચા અવાજે અમુક ડેસીબલ કરતાં વધુ અવાજે સંગીત
સાંભળવાની આદત યુવાનોને નુકસાન કરશે. - ડો.નરેન્દ્ર હિરાણી,ઇએનટી સર્જન
યુવાનોમાં
આજે ઇયરફોન કાનમાં સતત લગાડવાની આદતથી તેઓમાં સાંભળવાની ફ્રિકવન્સી ઘટતી
જાય છે, તેઓ મોટો અવાજ સાંભળવાના જ આદી થઇ ગયા હોવાથી તેઓને ઝીણો અવાજ
સંભળાતો નથી.આમ તેઓમાં કાનની સંવેદનશિલતા ઘટી જાય છે અને તેઓમાં નોર્મલ
અવાજ
સાંભળવાની ક્ષમતા ઘટે છે અને પથી ૭ વર્ષ બાદ તેઓમાં સાંભળવાની નસ નબળી પડી
જાય છે અને બહેરાશ આવવાની શકયતા વધી જાય છે. ૨૦૩૦માં જે વસતી હશે તેમાં ૯૦
ટકાથી વધારે લોકો બહેરા હશે. કારણ કે, આજે જે હદે યુવાનો મોબાઇલ અને
ઇયરફોનનો ઉપયોગ કરે છે, પહેલાં આ સમસ્યા ૬૦થી ૭૦ વર્ષે આવતી પણ હવે જલદી

પ્રિય દાહોદીયનો, તમને સહુને વિક્રમ સંવત 2069 ના નવા વર્ષની સહૃદય શુભકામનાઓ.દીપોત્સવના પર્વે દાહોદમાં પરંપરાગત ઉજવણીમાં આ વર્ષે મોંઘવારીને લઈને થોડી પીછેહઠ જોવા મળી હતી તે છતાંયે દાહોદની દિવાળી તેના વિશિષ્ઠ સ્વરૂપે રહેવા પામી હતી. દીપોત્સવના પહેલા જ દિવસથી દાહોદના એમ.જી. રોડ ખાતે સમસ્ત નગરનું યુવાધન જાણે કે હિલ્લોળા લેતું હોય તેમ ઉમટી પડ્યું
હતું.વર્ષોથી ચાલતા રિવાજ મુજબ અગિયારસથી લઈને દિવાળીના દિવસ લાગી ગુજરાતીવાડથી લઈને નગર પાલિકા ખાતેના ગાંધી ચોક સુધીના વિસ્તારમાં હૈયાથી હૈયું ભીંચાય તેવા દ્રશ્યો સર્જાયા હતા સમગ્ર નગરમાં રોશની અને તોરણ વડે થયેલ શણગારથી દીપોત્સવનું પર્વ તેની સોળે કળાએ ખીલેલું જોવા મળ્યું હતું. તોકાળી ચૌદશે દાહોદના હિંદુ સાર્વજનિક સ્મશાન ખાતે વર્ષોથી ચાલતી પરંપરા મુજબ સુંદર
કાંડ તથા ભજનનો કાર્યક્રમ મોડી રાત લાગી ચાલ્યો હતો. તેને પણ મોટી સંખ્યામાં ઉપસ્થિત નગરજનોએ માણ્યો હતો. દિવાળીના વિવિધ શણગાર જેવાકે રંગોળી માટેના રંગનું વેચાણ, ગાય માટેની મોરપીંછમાંથી બનતી વિવિધ આઈટમ્સ, કે મોજીલા નગરજનોની ખરીદી સહિત દિવાળી સુધીના દિવસોના અને બેસતા વર્ષની સવારના તથા બપોરે ગાયગોહરીની આગવી પરંપરાના વિવિધ દ્રશ્યોને દાહોદના શ્રી મનિષ જૈન

ડોક્ટર, વકીલો માટે રિટર્ન સાથે ઓડિટ રિપોર્ટ ફરજિયાત
અમદાવાદ,શુક્રવાર
: એક કરોડનું ટર્નઓવર ધરાવતી અને ટેક્સ ઑડિટને પાત્ર ગણાતી ભાગીદારી પેઢી,
હિન્દુ અવિભક્ત પરિવાર કે વેપારી પેઢી માટે હવેથી રિટર્નની
નકલ સાથે જ ફોર્મ ૩-સીબી અને ૩-સીડીમાં એટેચ કરીને ઑડિટ રિપોર્ટ પણ ફાઈલ
કરવાનું ફરજિયાત બનાવી દેવામાં આવ્યું છે. આવકવેરા ખાતાએ ઓનલાઈન
રિટર્નફાઈલિંગ માટે તેની આખી વેબસાઈટને રિવેમ્પ કરીને હવે તેમાં ઑડિટને
પાત્ર બનતા અને વર્ષે દહાડે ૨૫ લાખથી વધુની ફીની આવક ધરાવતા ચાર્ટર્ડ
એકાઉન્ટન્ટ્સ, વકીલ, કન્સલ્ટન્ટ્સ અને ડૉક્ટરને માટે પણ ઑડિટ કરેલા
રિપોર્ટની નકલ ઑનલાઈન ફાઈલ
કરવાનું ફરજિયાત બનાવી દીધું છે. અગાઉ ૬૦ લાખની વાર્ષિક આવકની મર્યાદા હતી
ત્યારે આ કેટેગરીમાં આવતા કરદાતાઓ તેમના ઓનલાઈન રિટર્ન ફાઈલ કરવાની સાથે જ
૩૦મી સપ્ટેમ્બરે તેમના ઑડિટ કરેલા એકાઉન્ટ તૈયાર હોવાનું દર્શાવી દેતા
હતા. આ પ્રકારના કિસ્સાઓમાં જવલ્લે જ આવકવેરા ખાતાની તપાસ આવતી હોવાથી તેઓ
ફૂરસદે તેમના ઑડિટ કરેલા એકાઉન્ટ તૈયાર કરાવતા હતા. આવકવેરાના જાણકાર
પ્રમોદ
પોપટનું કહેવું છ કે હવે આ કેટેગરીમાં આવતા તમામ કરદાતાઓએ તેમના ઓનલાઈન
રિટર્નની સાથે જ ફોર્મ નંબર ૩-સીબી અને ૩-સીડીમાં ઑડિટ કરેલા રિપોર્ટ
ઓનલાઈન ફાઈલ કરવા પડશે અને ઓનલાઈન અપલોડ પણ કરવા પડશે. તેઓ ઑડિટ કરેલા
રિપોર્ટ ફાઈલ કે અપલોડ નહિ કરે તો તેમના રિટર્ન અપલોડ થશે નહિ. પહેલા
રિટર્ન ફાઈલ કરવામાં વિલંબ કરનારાઓને અડધા ટકાના પેનલ્ટી કરવામાં આવતી હતી.

કોલકત્તા, આંધ્રપ્રદેશ, મહારાષ્ટ્ર, કણૉટક,
કેરળ, તામિલનાડુ, પોંડિચેરી, ગોવા સહિતના તમામ વિસ્તારમાંથી દેશના પ્રખર
અને નામાંકિત રસાયણ શાસ્ત્રીઓ ખાસ ભાગ લેનાર છે. સૌરાષ્ટ્ર યુનિવર્સિટીના

मनुष्यने तो इन्सानीयत छोड के केवल अपने भौतिक सुख सुविधा के लिये धरतीमां की छाती को चीरफाडके खनिज संपत्तिको लूटकर प्राकृतिक असमतुला कर के मुंगे जीवो का जीना मुश्किल कर दिया है ।
पैसा .. पानी ... पेट्रोल ... सोच समझ के इस्तेमाल करो ...

lens while enjoying a snack. Meanwhile, a green hairy spider camouflages
itself against some foliage... and two flamingos kiss.These
incredible pictures, and more, will be on display later this month when
20 of the world's greatest wildlife photographers gather in London and
reveal the secrets of their art.Hosted by zoologist and
conservationist Mark Carwardine and wildlife expert and TV presenter
Chris Packham, WildPhotos - the UK's largest wildlife photography show

blends into the background. Hosted by zoologist Mark Carwardine and TV
presenter Chris Packham, WildPhotos takes place at the Royal
Geographical Society

In the pink: Two flamingos enjoy a peck on each other's beaks
Here kitty, kitty: A brave snapper gets up close and personal with a tiger
Eye, eye, what's this then? A curious insect stares out the lensman
during a leaf stand-off
All white? A Polar bear traverses the Arctic snowscape, perhaps
looking for his next meal...
The two-day event is packed with
inspirational talks and sessions, giving visitors a behind-the-scenes
look at some of the most spectacular wildlife images – including winners
of the prestigious Veolia Environment Wildlife Photographer of the Year
competition.This year's keynote speech will be delivered by
award-winning National Geographic underwater photojournalist Brian
Skerry.
From around the world,
international greats such as Tui de Roy (New Zealand), who grew up in
the Galapagos; Vincent Munier (France), who was raised in the wild
region of the Vosges Mountains; sculptor, photographer and writer,
Patricio Robles Gil (Mexico) and photojournalist Christian Ziegler
(Germany) will show work and share their experiences.
As
well as strong international attendance, this year's event will
showcase the very best of British talent with favourites including
Laurie Campbell, Pete Cairns, Mark Hamblin and Charlie Hamilton James.
