દાઉદી વહોરા સમાજના ધર્મગુરૂ ડૉ. સૈયદના મોહંમદ બુરહાનુદ્દીન સાહેબની 102 મી જન્મજયંતિના ઉપલક્ષમાં દાહોદ સહિત વિશ્વભરમાં ઉજવાઈ રહી છે ત્યારે સૈયદના સાહેબના આદેશ અનુસાર સમગ્ર વર્ષ દરમ્યાન વહોરા બિરાદરો જે વિસ્તારોમાં રહે છે તે વિસ્તાર, અને જે તે શહેરમાં સફાઈ અભિયાન આદરી દેવામાં આવ્યું છે. તે અંતર્ગત દાહોદના પડાવ વિસ્તારમાં બુરહાની મહોલ્લામાં આવેલ ચલ્લાવાલાની શેરીના શ્રી યુસુફભાઈ જીરુવાલાની રાહબરી હેઠળ સમગ્ર વિસ્તારમાં સફાઈની સાથે સાથે દરેક ઘરની બહાર સફાઈ કાજેની વ્યવસ્થા રાખીને ગટરની ઉપર મસ્ત મજાની પાળ કરીને ત્યાં સુશોભિત છોડ ઉગાડવામાં આવ્યા તો વિસ્તારમાં લાઈટ, રસ્તા વગેરેનું સમારકામ કરાવી બંને છેડે દરવાજા કરાવી આ વિસ્તારને દાહોદના મોડલ વિસ્તાર જેવો ઘાટ આપવામાં આવ્યો છે. છેલ્લા 15 દિવસથી આ વિસ્તારમાં મચ્છરનો ત્રાસ પણ સફાઈ તથા ગટર ઉપરના આવરણને લઈને સાવ ઘટી જવા પામ્યો છે. ગત ગુરુવારે દાહોદની બુરહાની મસ્જિદના આમિલશ્રી અલી અકબર અત્તારે આ વિસ્તારની મુલાકાત લઇ પ્રસન્નતા વ્યક્ત કરી જણાવ્યું હતું કે આગામી દિવસોમાં દરેક ઘરની બહાર એક-એક લેમ્પ પોસ્ટ પણ લાગનાર છે તથા તેઓશ્રીએ દાહોદના અન્ય વહોરા વિસ્તારો સહિત દાહોદભરમાં આ રીતે સફાઈ અભિયાન થકી નગર વધુ રમણીય બને તેવી લાગણી પણ વ્યક્ત કરી હતી. આ અંગેની વધુ વિગતો આપ તા:23-03-2013 ના ''વોઈસ ઓફ દાહોદ'' માં પણ વિગતે વાંચી શકશો.
